Acceptance of terms

By accessing vietnamese.ankiren.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Ankiren Vietnamese is a product of the Ankiren lifelong-learning platform.

The service

Ankiren Vietnamese is an online learning service delivered through a web browser at vietnamese.ankiren.com. It currently consists of the following:

• Vietnamese Vibes courses — three levels — Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced — covering 43 interactive lessons, each with audio, vocabulary and exercises. The lessons are free to use; your enrolment and progress are saved to your account so you can continue on any device.
• Viet Vibes Podcast — a bilingual podcast narrated in English, with Vietnamese keywords read slowly and repeated. Episodes are published on this site and are free to listen to.
• TTS Studio — an AI voice studio that turns text you supply into audio using Gemini 2.5 TTS and VieNeu voices, in Vietnamese, English and other languages. Each generation consumes credits, is limited to a maximum number of characters per request, and the resulting audio file is stored under your account. You are responsible for the text you submit and for how you use the audio produced from it.
• Community courses — a course builder any signed-in user can use to create lessons and submit them for publication. Community courses are written by their authors, not by Ankiren, and are reviewed by an admin before appearing publicly.
• Wallets and organizations — a personal credit wallet for every account, plus shared organization wallets where an owner tops up credits and members spend from the same balance. Invoices and receipts are issued for top-ups.
• Mobile apps — still in development and not released yet. Until they ship, the App Store and Google Play links on this site lead to an announcement page, not to a downloadable app.

Using the service requires an internet connection and a modern browser; some features require signing in. Parts of the service are free and others consume credits, as described in each surface. We may add, change or discontinue features as the product evolves, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where a feature relies on a third-party provider — for example the AI voice provider behind the TTS Studio — that provider's terms apply in addition to these.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account through Ankiren IAM; one account works across all Ankiren products. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Credits & billing

Some features (such as TTS generation) consume credits. Credit pricing and consumption rates are shown at the time of purchase or use; invoices are issued for top-ups. Credits are tied to your wallet and are not transferable except through organization wallets.

Community courses & your content

You keep ownership of courses you create. By publishing, you grant Ankiren a license to host and display your content on the platform. Courses are reviewed by an admin before appearing publicly; we may unpublish content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content; do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or access other users' data. TTS output must not be used to impersonate real people or to mislead.

Intellectual property

Course materials, the podcast and the site's design are protected by copyright and belong to Ankiren or their respective authors. You may use them for personal learning; redistribution requires permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ankiren is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
